Beadles Toyota in Maidstone has scooped a top honour at a Europe-wide awards ceremony.

The event, held at Toyota’s regional headquarters in Brussels, saw Beadles recognised for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction taking into account both sales and after-sales performance.

A total of 37 awards were presented at Toyota’s European Ichiban Customer Satisfaction Awards. Roughly 2,500 Toyota retailers were judged on results of a customer satisfaction survey introduced by Toyota Motor Europe (TME) in 2006.

Chief executive officer and president of TME Tadashi Arashima said: “We aim to be number one in complete customer satisfaction in every Toyota market. I am delighted to see a year-on-year improvement in the quantity and quality of entrants.”
