Ashford's Latitude Walk development, with its turret-like tower, has been shortlisted for an award to be announced in April.
The development, a joint venture between housing associations Moat and Affinity Sutton has been shortlisted in the best small development category by readers of magazine First Time Buyers.
Marilyn DiCara, of Moat, said: "Latitude Walk proved popular with most of the homes there sold off-plan to first-time buyers looking for an affordable home."
The development is now completely sold but at nearby Moat development Frinsted Gardens in Stanhope, Ashford, one-bedroom apartments are available from £18,750 for a 25 per cent share, with a full market value of £75,000.
