A woman has been taken to hospital after her car overturned on the M2 this morning.

It happned around a 6.15am on the Londonbound carriageway between J2 and J3.

The woman was trapped in her car and had to be cut free by fire crews.

The accident has led to long delays on the motorway, with traffic tailing back nearly to J4. All lanes have now re-opened.
