Trains have been delayed this afternoon following reports of a horse on a railway line.

Southeastern services on the Maidstone East line were halted while power to the lines was switched off.

Services resumed after the animal was led to safety but Southeastern have tweeted customers to say that trains have been 'delayed or revised'.
