Commuters have faced disruption this morning after a signalling system problem caused by a faulty wire at London Charing Cross.
Platforms one to three were blocked with some trains still being delayed, revised or cancelled as a result.
The first trains to run on their booked routes will be the 10:13am service from Maidstone East to Charing Cross and the 10am train from Ashford to Charing Cross.
Services going between Ramsgate and Charing Cross are now running to and from London Victoria as well as those coming to and from Dover.
Other services could also be diverted as a result of the signalling fault earlier.
Engineers have replaced the faulty wire which caused the problem this morning.
Southeastern has advised its customers if their train is diverted, they can use London Underground between London Charing Cross, London Waterloo, London Bridge and London Victoria at no extra cost.
Those affected by the disruption may also be entitled to compensation and are told to keep their train ticket and make a note of their journey, as both will be required to support any claim.
