RECOVERY vehicles are still at the scene of an incident on the M20 motorway that involved two HGVs and left two lanes closed.

Police say one lane has now been opened coast-bound as the Highways Agency recover the vehicles.

The incident happened between junctions one and three at around 6.30am.

A Highways Agency spokesman said: “We are currently recovering the vehicles but there is not thought to be any infrastructural damage.”

It is still unclear whether there were any injuries in the incident.
