A 34-year-old man who had twice been banned from driving was caught driving again last month.

Police officers saw Brett Randall, of Olivine Close, Chatham, driving in Forstal Road, Sandling, Maidstone, at 8.52pm, on October 25.

Randall had been disqualified in May, this year, for driving with excess alcohol, and in August, for breaking the original driving ban. On this occasion, he also had no insurance.

Randall pleaded guilty to both driving while disqualified and the insurance offence.

On Tuesday Maidstone magistrates banned him for a further 12 months. He was also given a 90-day prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
