Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a crash in Teynham last week.

Benjamin Pell, 18, from Cuthbert Road in Westgate - and a 16-year-old from London have been remanded in custody.

They are charged with burglary, aggravated taking without consent, dangerous driving, driving with no insurance and driving other than in accordance with a licence.
