TWO men are to appear in court accused of causing death by dangerous driving.

The charges, brought by members of Kent Police's serious collision investigation unit, follow a fatal crash in Maidstone Rd, Rainham, on November 3 last year.

The accused men are 20-year-old Samual William Bray, of Marshall Road, Gillingham, and Neil Stanley Thomas Mayhead, 29, of Mossy Glade, Gillingham.

They are due to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court on March 31.

Two cars were involved in the crash. A 20-year-old male passenger in one of the vehicles, Dominic Neff, of Edwin Road, Rainham, was killed.
