Two men suffered burns after being rescued from a blazing hotel room.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze at the three-storey building in Milton Road, Gravesend at around 1.30am today.
The two men rescued were 37 and 45, with both taken to hospital - believed to be Darent Valley in Dartford.
The 37-year-old had burns to his arm and head, and his condition was said to be "quite serious".
The 45-year-old, believed to be a hotel manager, also suffered burns to his arms.
Around 18 firefighters tackled the blaze, on five engines and a support unit. Crews were due to return to the scene this morning, together with fire investigators.
The room was destroyed by fire and the rest of the floor was damaged by smoke.
