A converted oast house in Yalding has been devastated by fire this morning.

Six fire engines were sent to Yalding Hill just before 9 this morning and fire fighters remain at the scene damping down hot spots.

The roof of the main house has been destroyed and the oast roundal's now unstable.

It's not thought anyone was injured in the blaze - the cause of which is as yet unknown.
