VICKIE LOWE: described as "one in a million"

A WOMAN who died following a head-on car crash has been identified as a 25-year-old who had a young son.

Vickie Lowe was employed at Thomson’s travel agents at Hempstead Valley at Gillingham.

She was at the wheel of a Peugeot 206 when it was in collision with a Vauxhall Astra in Boxley Road, near Maidstone, in the early hours of last Sunday morning. She died later at Maidstone Hospital.

A page has been set up in her memory on the social networking site Facebook. One of the messages reads: “Vickie you will well and truly be missed by everyone. You are one of a kind and always will be.”

Another simply says “You were one in a million.”

Vickie was a former pupil at Rainham School for Girls where form tutor Kathy Moon described her as a “quiet but determined” student.
