There's no such thing as a high-carb brekkie when you're on the final countdown to your wedding, as bride-to be Laura Nevitt from kmfm breakfast discovered.

Laura will be heading to Ibiza for her hen weekend as soon as she comes off air and has been determined to look her best for the big day.

She and co-host Garry Wilson hit Strawberry Moons in Maidstone to film their own version of Ricky Martin's Livin' La Vida Loca to provide some extra encouragement.

The accompanying salsa dancers all volunteered to take part after seeing a post on the kmfm Facebook page and headed from across Kent to take part in the shoot.
