A 40ft stretch of wall was demolished over the bridge by Deal railway station this morning.
A Domino’s Pizza delivery lorry had crashed into the wall at London Road with the driver’s cab left hanging over an overgrown piece of land beside the platform.
Police were called at 4am and closed the road, while two fire crews from Deal attended to make the area safe.

A press spokeswoman for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews were called to reports that a lorry was hanging over a railway line.
"When they arrived the driver and passenger were out of the vehicle.
"There was a small fuel leak and they carried out a check of the area to make sure nobody else was involved."
These dramatic pictures were sent in to our sister paper, the Mercury, by various people including advertising manager Kathryn Hewitt (whose picture is left) and local photographer, Tony Friend.
By 10am the lorry had been recovered but the road was still closed while contractors for Kent Highway Services set about making the pavement safe.
PJ Taylor, press spokesman from Network Rail, said there were no disruptions to the services for commuters.
"Forty feet of wall is missing and he knocked out a highways sign," he said. "We had to temporarily block off the entrance to the station on London Road."
A local building control officer attended to assess the damage to the bridge and an environmental officer was also at the scene.
Domino’s press officer Georgina Wald said: "Both delivery men are unharmed. An internal investigation will take place."
