A broken-down train at a major station in the county is causing "severe delays" to services between Kent and the capital.
The train had problems with its pantograph, the connector allowing it to pick up power from overhead wires, at Ebbsfleet International earlier this morning.
Southeastern high speed services are being affected, with some being terminated early or not calling at the stations timetabled.
The rail operator says disruption is expected to last until 1.30pm, with the affected train now on the move.
Passengers due to travel on train to, from and via Ebbsfleet are urged to check their journey in advance and allow extra time to reach their destination.
The disruption could mean some passengers might be entitled to compensation if they are delayed. Keep your train ticket and make a note of your journey, as both will be required to support any claim.
