There is a new addition at the Port Lympne wild animal park.
A colobus monkey was born last month - joining 28 other black and white colobus monkeys
The colobus monkey can be found in western and central Africa, from Cameroon across to Uganda. At birth they are completely white.
Simon Jeffery, head of the park’s primate section, said: “Over the past decade we have had over 40 successful births of colobus monkeys with 23 arrivals in the past six years.
“This many births reflect a happy troop of monkeys and the fact that we are on the right track with our breeding and conservation programmes at Port Lympne and Howletts.”
