Two cars crashed this afternoon on the old Cowstead Corner roundabout near the Sheppey Crossing.

It involved two black 4x4s and it happened at 2pm.

A toddler in the back of one of the cars was showered in glass from a window smashed in the collision but he did not need hospital treatment.

Two other boys were also in the back seat.
