A woman pedestrian suffered head, arm and leg injuries during an accident involving a silver VW Lupo in Northdown Road, Cliftonville, today (Friday, November 14) at 10am.

She was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital.

Police closed the road both ways at the Palm Bay end of the shopping area near Tesco, by a zebra crossing, and redirected traffic. The road remained closed at 11am.
