A 20-year-old man has fallen to his death from a town centre tower block.

Kent Police say he plunged from an 11th floor flat at Trove Court, just off King Street, Ramsgate, at about 12.30am on Wednesday. He was found in the car park area and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A police spokesman said: "The matter is not being treated as suspicious and has been handed over to coroner’s officers to investigate. A formal identification has not yet been completed."
