A 21-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries after the car he was travelling in was involved in a collision with another car.
The crash happened at around 9.15pm on Wednesday in Sutton Road, Langley, near Maidstone.
The man was trapped in one of the cars for more than an hour. He suffered serious leg injuries and was taken to Maidstone General Hospital.
Two other people suffered minor injuries.
Dave Hawkins, a paramedic for South East Coast Ambulance Service, said: "This was a challenging job due to the fact one of the patients was trapped for such a prolonged period."
It is understood the man's injuries are not life-threatening.
