Raise the Roof Productions are looking for people in Kent struggling to sell their home to feature in Channel 4 programme Secret Agent.

The present series saw presenter Phil Spencer, who lives at Littlebourne, near Canterbury, telling hassled vendors how to maximise selling potential.

The production company is also looking for Kent people who are struggling to find their dream home, for the new series, which is understood to be moving to a new prime time slot.
