Youth disorder under spotlight

Youth disorder will be at the top of the agenda at next week’s Biggin Hill Partnership meeting.

Members of the public will also be able to meet the Safer Neighbourhoods Team for the town, which has recently undergone two personnel changes with a new PC and PCSO.

Organiser Robert Wilkinson said: “Our biggest problem is youth disorder caused by those who come over on the 464 bus from New Addington. Most people might think where we live nothing happens but a lot does happen and we’re there to helpl the police and recommend priorities for them.”

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14, at 7.30pm at St Mark’s Church hall, Church Road, Biggin Hill.

It is open to all residents and has the aim of giving everyone the opportunity of expressing their view on local police matters.

There will be a review of the priorities set by the Safer Neighbourhood Panel and the chance to make acquaintance with the new members of the team.
