TWO teenagers have been charged with intentionally causing a danger to road users after they allegedly strung a rope across Chaffes Lane at Upchurch, near Sittingbourne.

The 15 and 16-year-olds have been bailed to appear before magistrates at Sittingbourne on Thursday, May 1.

The alleged incident took place last Tuesday.
