A GROUP of youths was spotted setting fire to a pay and display machine at a town centre car park in Margate.
Police were alerted after a passer-by saw the youngsters on the ground floor of the College Square car park at about 10pm on Sunday.
A 19-year-old man from Broadstairs was arrested.
