Charlton Reserves 3 Aston Villa Reserves 2

A CROWD of nearly 500 watched Charlton Reserves defeat their counterparts from Aston Villa 3-2 at Gravesend's Stonebridge Road on Monday night.

Two goals in 90 seconds from Villa striker Milan Baros had levelled matters at 2-2 after goals from Jani Tanska and Osei Sankofa had given the Addicks second string a commanding lead.

Kevin Lisbie struck Charlton's winner late on.

Midfielder Lloyd Sam played the full 90 minutes for the home side after his return from a loan spell with Sheffield Wednesday.
