CHARLTON manager Alan Pardew made MK Dons' England Under-21 international top scorer Izale McLeod his 11th summer signing after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.

McLeod's agent Tony Finnigan confirmed: "Terms have been agreed and Izzy is having a medical at The Valley."

Pardew turned to McLeod after losing interest in Portsmouth's Andrew Cole and is likely to include him in Saturday's squad for the Championship opener against Scunthorpe.

The 22-year-old scored 24 goals for the Dons last season.

Meanwhile, Souleymane Diawara has agreed a £2.7million switch to Bordeaux.
