RUNNERS from all over the county are gearing themselves up for the Cliffe Woods 10k on Sunday, July 14. The race, which incorporates the Kent Championships and Grand Prix series, is one of the most hotly contested on the local calendar.

The race and fun run will also raise money for the Cerebral Palsy Care charity.
