Charlton manager Alan Pardew expects centre-back Madjid Bougherra to leave The Valley in the near future.

Real Betis have been in the frame for a Bougherra for some time and Pardew says the player will probably be sold.

"I expect to lose a couple more players, not because I want to, but because I have to," he said.

"Hopefully, I'll be able to bring in a couple to replace them, but whether I can bring players in of the same level remains to be seen.”
