MARGATE face another tough fixture on Saturday when they play away to fifth-placed Aldershot who have eight wins and three draws from their 11 home matches this season.
Chris Kinnear will take a check on skipper Graham Porter's fitness while an injury doubts remain over striker Darren Watson who missed the match against Shrewsbury.
Gate's poor run in the Nationwide Conference continued last Sunday when they lost to two late goals at the Hoverspeed Stadium.
The defeat means it is now nine games since Kinnear’s side last won and to add to their misery they lost striker Che Stadhart to a red card.
