MARGATE defender Mark Green has left hospital after breaking his left leg in Saturday's 3-1 win against Hayes.

The 19-year-old former Gillingham trainee, who lives at Hartley near Gravesend, had been detained in the William Harvey at Ashford since the weekend. He was released on Wednesday and look sets to be out of action until at least the New Year.
