JEPSON: "It is all about availability and affordability"

GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson has already begun his quest to bolster his squad for the second half of the league campaign.

The transfer window opened on Monday and Jepson recognises the need to strenthen his options after two successive three-goal defeats.

He said: "We have made enquiries about one or two players and we’re waiting for those respective clubs to come back to us.

"It is all about availability and affordability."
