Jaime Peters could be leaving Priestfield

Gillingham hope to extend the loan deals of Arsenal defender Rene Steer and Ipswich winger Jaime Peters.

Both players' existing agreements end on Saturday and boss Mark Stimson wants to keep them for another month.

“One is very keen and the other is not so keen,” admitted Stimson.

“Jaime has probably played more football but not as much as he would have expected and so it’s going to be their decision.
