Gills pair ready for recall

GOALKEEPER Jason Brown and striker Rod Wallace thrust themselves into contention for Gillingham recalls at Burnley on Saturday by coming through Wednesday's reserve game against Millwall unscathed.
Brown, making a comeback from a thigh strain that has kept him out since December 13, played for an hour before giving way to Danny Knowles. Wallace, out since November 22, was withdrawn after 58 minutes.
Brown now looks likely to resume at Turf Moor on Saturday while Wallace will probably start on the bench.
Millwall newcomer John Sutton gave his side the lead which Gillingham substitute Akwasi Edusei equalised.
