HOPE: "There's nobody in this league to be scared of"

Bristol City v Gillingham

GILLINGHAM captain Chris Hope believes that if the team can keep their positive attitude they may get some rewards.

The Gills sit just a point and a place above the League 1 drop zone ahead of Saturday's trip to 14th-placed Bristol City.

Hope said: "I’ve played at Bristol City a few times, it’s a tough place, but I think we’ve got to get into the mentality that there’s nobody in this league to be scared of.

"I know some of the younger lads are concerned that we’re not getting the results we need. But if we stay positive then we won’t be far off."
