Ice men achieve 'fantastic results'

MEDWAY’S ice hockey squad, the Invicta Dynamos, did exactly what they set out to do at the weekend.
They thrashed Peterborough Islanders in the League Cup on Saturday and put in a proud performance against Swindon Lynx in the Premier Cup the following day.
With goal difference in mind, the Mos did a thorough job at Peterborough, winning 14-3 and on Sunday higher league opposition Swindon were held 4-4 thanks to goals from Kev Lake (2), Gary Dodds and Peter Carey.
Player coach Phil Chard said: “They are fantastic results and I’m very happy with the performances we put in.”
