STRIKER Matt Bodkin is set to put pen to paper on a season-long deal after impressing in pre-season.

The Rainham-born man, who has been given the number 23 shirt, has agreed terms with the club after being released by Nottingham Forest and will sign the contract today.

Bodkin scored three times in pre-season, including two goals against Thamesmead on Tuesday night.
