Bristol City v Gillingham
GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson insists his side are travelling to Bristol City on Saturday confident of getting a result.
City have climbed away from the League 1 danger zone after finding some form but after picking up a point at Nottingham Forest at the weekend, Jepson says the squad have a positive outlook.
He said: "We’ll be going with no fear. We go there with a little bit of confidence after last week’s performance. If we stick to our game like we did against Forest then it should be a good match."
The relegation scrap remains tight, with Gillingham just a point and a place from dropping into the bottom four, and Jepson believes there are still plenty of teams involved.
He said: "It’s very tight. I’d say it’s going to be four from nine and it’s whoever puts a run together. There will be ups and downs and hopefully we can accumulate enough points to stay in the division."
