GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson admitted enough is enough after his players once again threw away victory.

Jepson, fuming following Saturday’s 4-3 defeat at Crewe having led 3-1 at half-time, admits his patience with certain players has run out.

He said: "People weren’t taking responsibility and were waiting for others to do it, and that’s not good enough.

"Until I get the chance to get people in we’ll go with what we’ve got. We’ll work on it, but you can only give people so many chances."

Gills led 2-0 at Bradford earlier in the season only to go down 4-2, and more recently Jepson's side led 3-0 at Doncaster with just 13 minutes to play but ended up drawing 3-3.
