COVENTRY'S highly influential player-manager Gary McAllister will undergo a late fitness test ahead of the match against Gillingham on Saturday.

A back injury kept the former Scotland international out of last Monday’s defeat by Stoke.

Gillingham defender Nyron Nosworthy is expected to continue up front at Highfield Road as Mamady Sidibe’s strike partner following his successful conversion against Bradford City on Monday.

The rest of the Gills side is likely to remain unchanged.
