Three times world and current British F1 Sidecar champions Tim Reeves and Patrick Farrance won all four of their races at Croft Circuit.
Reeves, from Aylesford, and Farrance also broke the lap record in rounds nine and 10 of the Castrol Oils/Eastern Airways British F1 sidecar championship and then added the Mac Hobson trophy race and the F2 club race to their haul of victories over the weekend.
Reeves and Farrance qualified on pole for the two British Championship rounds, racing well under Steve Webster’s existing lap record.
Race one saw the current world champions head the field throughout and shave a further second from the 2004 lap record.
The second encounter followed the same direction as race one with Reeves and Farrance leading throughout to take the chequered flag for his second victory.
Opening the action on Sunday was the annual Mac Hobson Trophy race held each year, to honour the Newcastle rider who died at the TT races in 1978, which again saw Reeves take the victory.
To round off his victorious weekend at the North Yorkshire circuit, Reeves contested the second NEMCRC sidecar race on his F2 outfit. He took the win – his fourth of the weekend, equalling the existing lap record.
