Stimson wants more of the same from Facey

DELROY FACEY slammed in the third goal in Gillingham's 3-1 win at Huddersfield on Saturday and manager Mark Stimson now wants more of the same on a regular basis.
Stimson is keen to see Facey repeat Saturday’s performance as he knows that the striker needs to improve his goals to games ratio.
Stimson said: “Delroy probably had the best game since I’ve been in charge. What we’re doing is getting his fitness levels better and his finish at the end was what he should be producing more.
“His goals tally for the amount of minutes he is on the pitch is probably not as good as expected but we’re getting him fitter. If he stays fit and plays like that again he’ll be part of my plans.”
Facey has started 21 matches and made four substitute appearances but Saturday’s effort was only his third goal this season.
