GILLINGHAM striker Gary Mulligan insists he’ll start firing in the goals after signing a two-year deal.
The Irishman joined Gills before the weekend along with Congolese striker Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu as manager Ronnie Jepson moved quickly to bolster his strikeforce.
Mulligan, who arrives on a free transfer from Sheffield United, believes he has plenty more to offer, having impressed during a loan spell last season.
The 21-year-old netted just once in 14 games for Gills but has set himself a higher target.
He said: "Generally, I’m a good finisher. I’ve never really played much first-team football but in reserves I’ve been good and at Wolves I was top scorer in their academy side.
"With a two-year contract I’ll be able to settle down, work hard and the goals will start to come. I’ll be aiming to get at least 15."
