Set-pieces are vital at this level and it was great to see us score one on Tuesday night against Stevenage.
The ball in from Danny Hollands and the header from John Mousinho ensured we came out as winners.
Moments like that make the difference and it comes from practice on the training ground.
You need good movement in the right areas and good delivery – we got both and got the reward.
To score a goal like that against Stevenage is even more impressive, knowing how disciplined and organised they are with set-pieces.
We went into the break a goal down in that game but we thought that was harsh and we could have taken an early lead through Adam Barrett.
He held his hands up at half-time, in the changing rooms, after missing from close range but these things happen and nobody was pointing any fingers. We score as a team and we miss as a team.
We managed to turn it around with a great second-half performance. The manager spoke to them as a group at the break and asked them all what would happen if we were down the training ground, how would they be playing then?
We know what they are capable of, we see it every day and we want them to go out there and show it. In the end, they did.
