Sevenoaks Vine’s lead at the top of the Shepherd Neame Kent Cricket League Premier Division has been cut from 16 to four points after an 80-run loss at Bexley on Saturday.
Bexley batted first and posted 188-9 in a match reduced to 35 overs a side after Friday’s heavy rain.
Nicholas Sale, Lorne Burns and John Bowden all captured two wickets each.
Vine were dismissed for 108 in reply with captain Luke Blackaby the best of the batsmen with 36.
Adeel Malik took 4-9 while Kent left-arm fast-medium Adam Ball chipped in with 2-28.
Second-placed Blackheath beat Lordswood by four wickets.
Former Kent, Sussex and England seamer Amjad Khan top-scored with 49 not out as Lordswood made 143-7 after being sent in.
Khan then took 2-24 as Blackheath replied with 144-6. Opener Jahid Ahmed scored 40.
In the only other game played, Beckenham beat bottom-placed Bickley Park by two runs.
Alex Blake hit 76 as Beckenham scored 195-8 off 50 overs. Terry Howes (3-27) was the pick of the bowlers.
Phil Browning led the reply with 48 before his side were dismissed for 193 with Johan Malcolm taking 3-29.
