MARGATE manager Chris Kinnear has added another striker to his squad. Darren Watson has arrived at the club from Mullinger Town in Ireland.

The 6ft 3in Watson was previously at Oxford, where he played with Gate's Manny Omoyimni who has had his loan period at the Thanet club extended for a further month.

Omoyimni's present loan period from Oxford United expires on Saturday (October 4) after the away game at Telford.

Kinnear said: "Manny has done really well for us and with Jean-Michel Sigere not yet fit this is excellent news."
