Ash Football Club are looking for new players as they attempt to continue their success story in the Canterbury and District League.

The re-formed club won promotion to the top flight last season and are now also running a reserve side in Division 3.

Players are required for all positions, particularly in goal, and training takes place at Ash rec, Queens Road, on Tuesdays, from 6.30pm, and Saturdays, from 2pm.

This season marks 100 years of football in the village and a match against a league representative side is being planned to mark the occasion.
