Margate v Hendon

Margate boss Barry Ashby is preparing for his first home game in charge, insisting the club's form at Hartsdown Park this season will be a key factor in the club's progress.

They face Hendon in the Ryman League Premier Division on Tuesday night and Ashby said: "I want us to build a decent home record, because that can be a springboard for our whole season."

Ashby has no injury worries after the 2-1 defeat at Carshalton Athletic on Saturday, and looks set to pick from the same squad. He added: "We picked up a couple of slight knocks, but nothing else."

Hendon travel looking to claim a second successive Kent scalp, having won 3-0 against Dartford on Saturday.

Ashby added: "I took a lot of positives out of Saturday, and was absolutely delighted with much of what we did but, having controlled things, we shot ourselves in the foot in the final 20 minutes."
