BROADSTAIRS claimed their eighth county indoor cricket title without ever being extended at the Ames-Levett Indoor School at Kent Cricket Club in Canterbury.
Their progress was unhindered, even in the final where they defeated Metropolitan side Fledglings by 66 runs. They now play Brighton and Hove in the area final, again at the Ames-Levett on Sunday, February 17.
Semi-finals: Broadstairs 130 beat Lordswood 51 by 79 runs; Fledglings 102-3 beat Dartford 39 by 63 runs.
Final: Broadstairs 110 beat Fledglings 44-5 by 66 runs.
