MEDWAY golfer Lloyd Campbell has a great chance to make the final two rounds of The Open after carding a two over par 73 at Royal Troon yesterday.

Campbell, who plays for the Rochester and Cobham club, is one of a group of players lying in 67th place.

With the top 70 players qualifying for the final two rounds over the weekend, Campbell will be hoping to shoot an under-par score in round two.

The amateur, one of only five in the field, teed off his second round at 10.48am today.
