Kent youngster Naomi Cavaday faces the biggest match of her life when she takes on defending Wimbledon champion Venus Williams today.
Cavaday, 19, from Bromley, is ranked No.199 in the world and is facing a tough first round draw for the second successive Wimbledon.
A year ago she lost two match points against former champion Martina Hingis, before losing 6-0 in the deciding set.
Cavaday said: "Having had that experience will help me, but this is the biggest match of my life.
"I watched Venus when I was growing up and she was around even before I started playing tennis, so I'm just going to look forward to it and enjoy it."
She added: "I've got some weapons in my game and it will be good to test them out against her.
"I'm hoping I'll get a lot of support and there will be people here from Bromley."
The match is scheduled for Centre Court at 1pm.
